Jim Karcher called the meeting to order at 7:30pm. 1. November minutes approved as submitted. 2. Financial report: Fund Balance Report, Balance Sheet, and a Profit and Loss YTD Comparison were presented for the past month.

4. Home for the Holidays: Anna reported positive feedback. Many thanks to all those who participated. Also, there was mention that Hampton should be highlighted again in the future. 5. Speed Reduction Update: Patrick Connor reported that the radar boards would be in the neighborhood in the next few months and that the County had already begun painting lane lines on Hampton Lane. Old/New Business: It was explained that the house on the home of St. Francis and Windygate is putting on a 2 story garage addition. While the homeowners did submit plans, HIA approval was deemed unnecessary as the home has no covenants binding.
