Jim Karcher called the meeting to order at 7:30pm.

1. November minutes approved as submitted.

2. Financial report:

Fund Balance Report, Balance Sheet, and a Profit and Loss YTD Comparison were presented for the past month.

    • Invoices for 2007 coming in the mail.
    • Payment of $900.00 for removal of tree for 502A Hampton Lane requested – motion to pay approved.

3. Security:

    1. There was damage to property reported for the month: Hampton Garth – car tail light busted Stone Barn – egged house
    2. b. There was a complaint of fireworks on Hampton Lane.

4. Home for the Holidays:

Anna reported positive feedback. Many thanks to all those who participated.  Also, there was mention that Hampton should be highlighted again in the future.

5. Speed Reduction Update:

Patrick Connor reported that the radar boards would be in the neighborhood in the next few months and that the County had already begun painting lane lines on Hampton Lane. The traffic committee will meet after the New Year.

6. Home for the Holidays:
The BSO fundraiser will be the first weekend of December from 10am-4pm Thursday, 10am-4pm Friday and 10am-2pm Saturday. Further information will be in the newsletter. A resident asked that there be heightened security during the fundraiser.

7. Newsletter Articles Deadline:
The deadline for submissions to the newsletter is Jaunary 9, 2006. Submissions should be sent to Geraldine.diamond@LFG.com

8. Old/New Business:

It was explained that the house on the home of St. Francis and Windygate is putting on a 2 story garage addition. While the homeowners did submit plans, HIA approval was deemed unnecessary as the home has no covenants binding.
